Acupuncture is a safe, effective, and drug-free way to activate your body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Evolving over thousands of years, it remains one of the world’s most trusted and time-tested systems of medicine. Acupuncture can help to prevent illness, relieve pain, balance mood, enhance performance, support fertility, and improve overall health and vitality.
My treatments draw on a range of modalities, including Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Ear Acupuncture, Gua Sha, and Trigger Point/Myofascial Acupressure. I select and combine techniques based on your individual presentation, ensuring each treatment plan is clinically precise and tailored to you.
Grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, and an understanding of how acupuncture regulates the nervous system, I focus not just on relief of symptoms, but on identifying and addressing the underlying patterns driving imbalance. I work in partnership with each person, so they feel supported, informed, and actively involved in their healing process.
